A little introspection with Jon.  Haven’t updated in awhile and figured it was time to put the pen (or keys) to good use.

I actually wrote these back in 2006, and then spent several years forgetting to archive them. Whoops.

Medium: Television
Fandom: The Daily Show/The Colbert Report
Subject: Jon/"Stephen"
Title: I Like You (Too Much)
Warnings: Emotional abuse

The full arc of a highly dysfunctional relationship, in two parts. In which Jon gets put through the emotional wringer, but cares too much about Stephen (and, for a time, too little about himself) to do anything but keep coming back for more.

This half is Jon's POV. The songs are numbered so that you can either listen to the two mixes separately, or throw them together in one folder and let the views alternate throughout the story.

( I've lost count of the times I'd given up on you - but you make such a beautiful wreck, you do )

Medium: Television
Fandom: The Daily Show/The Colbert Report
Subject: Jon/"Stephen"
Title: I Hate You (Don't Leave)
Warnings: Emotional abuse, angst

And this half is Stephen's POV. In which Stephen is an emotional live wire, swinging between violent anger and and desperate neediness, and unable to stop hurting Jon in the process.

( You're my perfect little punching bag, and I need you - I'm sorry )

Rating: G
Cast: Ira Glass, David Sedaris, Sarah Vowell

let's sum up and see what the results are so far. then we can come up with more brilliant ideas!

so this is the original picture -stephen and dave (really sorry dave)

this is newly improved picture 2.0

this is the thinner version of the picture 2.1 by espreite (thank you!)

 and... 3.0

well apparently jon's head came from that pizza thing (thanks to shoebox_addict!), so it kinda looks out of place i..just wanted to use his real head; can anyone solve his head's problem? plus, i also added his arm from the pizza picture, and then painted around his arm with some rationality. if.. that looks creepy or dosen't make sense, i can erase that.

for words from gwyneth86, i colored 3.0 head to fit into now older jon

So besides this comm, the TDS/TCR comm that I'm following has been really slow, so my question is, what's your favorite TDS or TCR related community (besides this one ;D )?

And my other question: I still can't get over how awesome the Cash for Caulkers Segment ) is!!! And I'm dying for related icons. So does anyone know of any?

Thanks :)
